This stamp is called Never Regret Being Kind. (Keep hopping, and you'll see more!)
One of the things I love most about this hobby is that it is inherently kind. So what could be better than a stamp that encourages even more kindness? Such a great sentiment!
This stamp is easy to use as the focal point of a card...so easy, in fact, that I made 4 right out of the gate! Each one uses a different technique--this stamp is so versatile.
For my first, I heat embossed the sentiment in white on steel grey cardstock. I then colored over the embossing with my Copics for a multicolored effect. This technique works best with dark cardstock and bright Copics. Matte white sequins balance it out.
For my second card, I stamped it in steel grey ink on white, then created a conversation bubble. I finished it off with some resin hearts colored with a Copic marker, as well as some Wink of Stella over the lettering.
For the third card I heat embossed it in white on Bristol smooth cardstock, then used Distress Inks to blend the background. A few sequins finish it off. I just discovered how Bristol helps ink blend incredibly well.
Last one-phew! I stamped with Versafine Onyx on vellum, then heat embossed in clear to set it. I attached the vellum over some patterned paper, then attached it to a card base.
That's it for me. Next stop is Stephanie Gold! Enjoy, and remember to comment on the blogs to enter to win!
